Review of Inside Job (2010) by Dave L — 30 Jun 2011
This Oscar winning documentary is unapologetically biased (perhaps slightly) toward left-wing politics. It is sobering, scathing and thought-provoking. Unlike the other wannabe documentarian, Michael Moore, Charles Ferguson layers this work in fact and in fact checked sources.
He investigates the financial meltdown that triggered the recession and blasts a whole range of presidents from Reagan, Clinton, W...all the way to Obama. He puts on the screen the bribes, pyramid schemes and multi-billion dollar payouts instigated by Wall Street (the latter with tax payer money).
If a viewer isn't already pissed, one will be after watching this.
