Review of Inland Empire (2006) by Zachary S — 28 Jun 2008
What honestly feels like a complete re-treading of [I]Mulholland Drive[/I] - only more incomprehensible, digital, etc - is Lynch's film [I]Inland Empire[/I]. The previous film is actually really good.
One could argue with my rating: the film takes patience or its rewards come with multiple viewings. If that is the case, only time will tell. Here it is, 2/10.
