Inland Empire is too long to be understood, or at least too long for me to want to understand it. I like Mulholland Drive better.
Nevertheless, Dadid Lynch makes crasping movies even if you're unable to get a grip of them. And Laura Derns performance is brilliant, I could almost smell the fear in her.
