Review of Inland Empire (2006) by Marwa E — 08 Jul 2009
The strangest film by Lynch, and probably one of the strangest films in the cinemaâ??s history. Filmed without script, half filmed improvising between Lynch and Dern (bored neighborhoods) and other half made in the strangest Polandâ??s places.
INLAND EMPIRE begins as a film, but after the first hour, it turns into a compendium of strange scenes senseless. There are such interpretations as viewers. You canâ??t be sure if you have seen a joke or a piece advanced to its era.
Probably, itâ??s both.
