Review of Inkheart (2008) by Christopher C — 27 May 2012
I think now I shall have to read the books for this. It was wonderful to see the diversity brought out here, from different tales ( the ticking crocodile from Peter Pan, the flying monkeys and Toto from The Wizard of Oz, and so forth...).
It's fascinating to imagine all of the characters I would bring to life if I was a "silver tongue"!
Wizards, Pennywise the Dancing Clown, Susie Salmon's killer, Mr. Harvey; dragons, Elphaba, The Children of Lir, all of the Gods and Goddesses, and the list is endless!
I really felt for the woman's books. I would have been furious. My books mean the world to me!
