Review of Initial D (2005) by Thuc T — 10 Jun 2007
This movie could have been great. The concept looked promising, but Jay Chou was so deadpan and boring throughout the whole movie. Anne Suzuki is damn fine. I think her charm only kind of redeemed this movie.
Takumi's dad was really out of character and was a lot less cool when compared to his anime counterpart.
