I love this movie. sure it isn't exactly the same as the series, but as with any adaptation like this you can't expect perfect representations of everything that happened in the original material.
The drifting is awesome, I dont know if the drivers were jap D1er's but they were fantastic. the location was great, and tofu shop and cars were spot-on (love that HACHI!).
Plus Edison Chen as Ryosuke, what's not to like. and points to Jay Chou, even if just for being a taiwanese pop star, and Anothony Wong as Bunta is just perfect.. one for the drifters.
