Review of Inherit the Wind (1960) by Aaron V — 13 Aug 2008
This great film is about Darwin while serving as a commentary on McCarthyism and the Red Scare. As many western philosophers before it, this movie urges us to think for ourselves. Truly some of the best acting from Spencer Tracy, one of the legends of old Hollywood.
Some may not agree with the views of the movie, but at least it "stands for SOMETHING" rather than nothing at all.
