This movie was probably my least favourite from pheonix in a while. its not his acting that was the problem, I actually liked his character. it was like everything else. it was horrible, the trailer looked really good but this movie was a peice of shit, paul thomas anderson has made alot better movies, and he failed to suceeed with this one.
it felt rushed, unorganzied, half written, half improvised and that was only half way through the movie, this movie is far much longer than it needs to be, with a story and characters that nobody gives any fucks about so I shut it off, half way through and watched foxcatcher and now foxcatcher is my favourite movie.
dont watch this movie unless your a hardcore p.t anderson fan, I am a fan, but not that big of a fan, especially now.
