Review of Inherent Vice (2014) by Scott W — 30 Jan 2015
I love PTA but based on a first viewing this was disappointing. The plot is overly confusing and I found it hard to care about the characters. I love the look and feel of the film and the soundtrack is superb but I felt detached watching it.
Like with some of PTA's other films I'm going to have to watch this a few more times to fully appreciate it I think.
