Review of Inherent Vice (2014) by Laurent P — 19 Feb 2015
Paul Thomas Anderson has done it yet again, with this 60s style noir/dark comedy. I watched the film last night and have still been thinking about what even happened in this film today. It's brilliant! The script, cinematography and costume design are excellent.
Joaquin Phoenix is especially great. The movie is not for everyone, as it is not completely clear, but it is a trip of a film nonetheless.
