Review of Inherent Vice (2014) by Eric M — 26 Apr 2015
I read a review on Roger Ebert's website that summed up the way the movie feels: stoned. I don't know how P.T. Anderson does it, but this movie is interesting, crazy, lazy, and beautiful. I think the best parts of this movie are the interactions between Doc, the private eye that thinks he's a really good investigator, and "Bigfoot," the cop who moonlights as an actor.
