I'm a sucker for the 1960s and 1970s on film, so call me biased. But this confusing, marijuana laden mystery through 1970 SoCal was very fun to me. Confusing? Incoherent? Demanding repeat viewings? Yes.
But fun nevertheless, and full of a cast of weird characters and clever dialog. Plus, it's just a gorgeous movie to look at.
