A district attorney father whose young daughter has been taken off the national transplant registry because her lungs have deteriorated too much, goes to Juarez, Mexico with a wad of cash after he hears about a black market transplant operation run by a Dr Navarro there.
.. This was exciting, but very violent at times and I had a hard time understanding why so much violence was used. It did hold my attention throughout though. Three stars.
