Inglorious Basterds is tied as being my favorite Quentin Tarantino Film.

In Nazi-occupied France, young Jewish refugee Shosanna Dreyfus witnesses the slaughter of her family by Colonel Hans Landa. Narrowly escaping with her life, she plots her revenge several years later when German war hero Fredrick Zoller takes a rapid interest in her and arranges an illustrious movie premiere at the theater she now runs. With the promise of every major Nazi officer in attendance, the event catches the attention of the "Basterds", a group of Jewish-American guerilla soldiers led by the ruthless Lt. Aldo Raine. As the relentless executioners advance and the conspiring young girl's plans are set in motion, their paths will cross for a fateful evening that will shake the very annals of history.

Since I had to sit down a watch this movie for the first real time, I can honestly say this could me my all time favorite Quentin Tarantino film of all time. I know it may be a recent movie, but its just the perfect style of film done by one of the greatest filmmakers who ever lived. Only Tarantino could make something awesome as this. What ever you would expect going, your gonna get high expectations. Its funny, dark, violent and hands down one of Tarantino's most brilliant work. It's one of those movies that when your watching it, you get the chills. The story is so remarkable, and so well written that the pacing is just out of this world.

One thing about every Tarantino film, is that the cast is just outstanding. Brad Pitt is an all out bad ass. He's smooth, charming and a fancy dancy dude. Christoph Waltz has never let me down while on the big screen, and every time I see him he seems to get better and better. I want to mention a few things about Eli Roth. His character is just a gritty, dark and spine tingling person, and I couldn't be more thrilled to say I loved him in this movie. Like I've said before, Tarantino is a tremendous director/writer and he knows what the viewers want to see.

Not only is this one of Tarantino's best films, but it's also one of my favorite movies. QT is in my top 5 of filmmakers because he's such an intelligent director that he takes his own thoughts and ideas and puts them in his movies. QT your my boy and please keep up the good work.
