Review of Inglourious Basterds (2009) by Cadel K — 05 Aug 2015
From the first terrifically tense sequence of the film we are hooked, as interesting characters are introduced, nuanced performances are given and every scene is immaculately shot. For fans of Tarantino it will deliver as well, as it still contains his famous blend of quirky dialogue and violence.
Of course, this is not to say it doesn't have its flaws, as it is perhaps a couple exercises in irony too many.
