Starts with the first guy you meet when you r arrested, the bad guy, who has a selfish plan to destroy the world by killing everyone, which his squad doesn't mind. Then our cliché hero who doesn't believe he's one, goes on his way to save everyone in the most predictable storyline ever. Then a perfect cliché when everybody meets and live happily ever after.
The only interesting thing about the movie is that you can't believe it's Mark in a crappy movie. He even flexes in most scenes, so pathetic.
