Not sure why.. but I loved this movie and want to watch it again. That being said, I can definitely understand why someone might not like it too.
It is what it is.. if you want a nice horror comedy focusing on the survival of a small batch of individuals against an infestation of giant bugs, you won't be disappointed. If that sounds ridiculous to you.. you'll find the movie ridiculous.
It's likely not going to appeal to someone just wanting a horror movie, or a comedy, or even a horror comedy.. it's going to appeal to someone wanting a modern, quirky, giant bug flick that isn't Eight Legged Freaks.
