Review of Inferno (2016) by Yoonki C — 02 Feb 2017
A dumbed down, and drastically altered, version of the book, Inferno missed the mark on everything after the first act. Still a watchable film, it had none of the nuance or cerebral adventure of the first two Langdon films.
Pushing the release date back didn't help, but I hardly think it really mattered. Sadly, the failure of this film on so many levels is likely going to kill any hope of seeing a film adaptation of The Lost Symbol witch is the best of the books in my opinion.
