Review of Inferno (2016) by He R — 24 Oct 2016

I'm not exactly sure why the critics aren't liking this movie more than they are. I think that while it follows the book pretty closely, it expands two things that the book didn't explore too deeply.

.., the philosophy behind the devious act Professor Langdon is attempting to prevent and a more dramatic ending to the film than that of the book. I am glad that I read the book just because it provides so much more backstory about the locations that the film just couldn't do.

That said, everything in the movie goes by pretty quickly so some might get a little lost if you haven't read the book.
