Review of Infernal Affairs (2002) by Danielle K — 13 Jul 2009
Later remade as The Departed, Infernal Affairs is a fast-paced, unique thriller in the vain of Reservoir Dogs. They each have their ups and downs, but at a running time nearly an hour less than The Departed, this one doesn't drag so much, especially at the end.
The only downside to this one was the horribly corny music and flashbacks used at 2 points of emotional impact, cheapening the whole effect.
