Review of Infamous (2006) by Sally O — 14 Nov 2007
It's not bad, but it lacks the tone that made "Capote" great. Where that film was subtle, this one was obvious; what was ambiguous is now straightforward. The celebrity cameos were also distracting, especially since Isabella Rossellini and Gwyneth Paltrow were essentially glorified extras.
