Review of Infamous (2006) by Sofia Å — 28 Feb 2010
Hard not to compare to "Capote", Jones' character is decidedly more flamboyant and overtly manipulative and the relationship with Perry Smith much more volatile. Not bad in itself but lack a sense of sublimity that "Capote" managed brilliantly.
A more star studded cast to be sure but eternal good guy Pace does not really work as badass Dick Hickock and it is hardly fair to compare Jeff Daniel's Alvin Dewey with Chris Cooper.
