Review of Infamous (2006) by Lindsay Elizabeth M — 03 Feb 2010
I watched this movie for a lark, but by the end of the film I was left awestruck. The story of Truman Capote can be funny,amusing, and simply heartbreaking. An openly gay man isn't common during his day, but the little man didn't let that stop him from conquering everything he set his mind to.
One of these was to determine the actual events of the murder of a family, which leads him to interview the two suspects, one of which is played by Daniel Craig. The rest of the film is a pleasure to watch over and over again,and the ending will jolt and break your heart.
Watch it. You won't regret it.
