Review of Indochine (1992) by Tessa R — 23 Aug 2008
A beautiful story about love and sacrifice in colonial Vietnam. Deneuve brought such class to this stunningly filmed piece. It's just that the two central love stories were not very convincing with their quick developments, part of the blame going to the bland Perez.
While the film dragged on a bit too long at times, the final 30 min ensured positive memories of the movie.
