Review of Indie Game: The Movie (2012) by Kinho M — 03 Jul 2013
A GREAT documentary directed at anyone who has ever tried to put out to the world or friends, something they have created. Whether it be in song, writing, photography, drawing, creating of video games, etc.
..... The excitement you feel in unveiling your particular creation. The fear and vulnerability one can feel due to the fact that this thing you have created is so personal. You have invested and put your whole self into it.
This is a universal topic and not just based solely around Indie Video Game developers. Definitely a good film to watch just to see the struggles these developers, sometimes just one person trying to do what a company of 1000 developers do for just one game, and the reward that can come from giving your all to accomplishing your dreams.
