Review of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) by Saban E — 26 Nov 2012
It is still an entertaining movie (it's acted well, it is directed well, the action is good, the score is good), but Willie Scott is the Jar Jar Binks of the 1980s...
The intro, mine shaft chase, and the bridge scene are good, but everything else is kind of unpleasant to watch.
The strange thing is, it is very memorable...probably because it is so gross and out there.
Willie is really the worst part of this movie, but it is a prequel, so we won't miss anything if we just want to watch Indiana Jones 1 & 3.
