Review of Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) by Nathaniel M — 25 Aug 2017
The gross out edginess distracts a bit from the moral battle between good and evil, which is a bit more nuanced than one would expect from an action adventure film. A lot of camera movement and foreshadowed cutting make the pace of the film very tight.
Though a few scene feel prolonged beyond their welcome.
