Temple of Doom gets a lot of shit for being too "dark" for kids, but news flash: Indiana Jones was not made for kids. But even as a kid seeing this movie, yes, the movie scared the shit out of me, but as an adult, I love it even though it still irks me.
It's a gruesome, but still action-packed adventure for Indy, and is very much a part of the legendary Indiana Jones trilogy.
