Movie Matt here with Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade, the third film in the trilogy. This is actually a sequel to Raiders (TOD was actually set BEFORE Raiders) & is actually lighter than Temple Of Doom & it shows in the visuals.
Rather than starting with Indy as an adult, the film opens with a flashback to Indy's boy scout days, showing how he got his whip, hat & fear of snakes & THEN showing him as an adult. The film is also more comedic than Raiders & TOD in the dialogue banter between Ford & Connery.
Good but not great but I hold it up there. Side Note: My favorite Indiana Jones film is actually Temple Of Doom.
