Review of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008) by Jay K. R — 10 Jun 2015
Solid, but suffers from over dependence on CGI. George Lucas' grubby hands are all over this one. Entire action sequences are rendered pointless because they were shot on green screen. If they could do it for real in '83, why can't they do it for real now? Also, the Kaminski's cinematography doesn't match the older films.
On the upside, it's a whole lot of fun and Harrison's still got it in full force.
