Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was a little disappointing. It doesn't have as much fun, excitement, and adventure as the first three do in my opinion. One of the worst things about this film is the dialogue.
Some of it is just so bad and cheesy its just sad. Harrison Ford is OK. He brings some Indy charm but its just not all there. Shia is likable, Karen Allen's character is kind of pointless, and I wasn't totally impressed and fond of the villain.
The plot and scheme isnt terrible but the movie does have a lot of good entertaining action sequences that I did enjoy. Another flaw I had was that I didnt feel the finding of the skull was very anti-climatic.
In previous Indiana Jones films, the findings of the artifacts are very intense and climatic. Despite all of the flaws, the fourth installment is still a entertaining action film despite the feeling of Indiana Jones charm.
