God it's awful. What a disgraceful end to a legendary character and franchise. Indy is reduced to a broken down shell of a man by KK and her agenda. What a surprise that we are treated to yet another strong female character in a Disney film. How's that worked out for them previously? Phoebe Waller Bridge is insufferable. I'm struggling to think of a more dislikeable character in any other film. I mean what even is she? The film sure can't decide with her personality changing every five minutes.

The film is a series of average chase scenes with bland sections in between. Even the praised opening 20 minutes is nothing particularly special. It's simply the only section of the film that reflects the classic trilogy.

I re-watched the Crystal Skull after seeing this for the second time after being very disappointed during my first viewing. This film makes it look good in comparison. They really should have looked at Maverick to see how to bring back a classic beloved character and give the fans what they want. They didn't as their agenda is what matters the fans don't matter in the slightest.
