Absolutely love ID4. I still remember how excited I was when I watched it in cinema with my family when it first released in 1996. Put aside the old-fashioned American patriotism and some old school cliches, Independence Day is an exciting sci-fi movie at the time.
And I love Bill Pullman's character so very much. He is a good president who cares about his people and goes out to fight the aliens when needed.
