Doesn't seem like 14 years and this movie picks up right where the original left off. It is definitely not a rehash of the first and maybe better than the original, which is a hard feat to accomplish for sequels.
More laughs that is for sure. Just a brilliant and funny piece of work once again from Pixar. I'm VERY anti SJW and was hoping this wasn't going to be a pro feminine disaster like Kennedy made the latest Star Wars Trilogy, I heard some say it was.
It was anything but. If you think it was, seriously check yourself, or borrow a safe space from the other side. I'm a realist. A pragmatist. Are you really saying that a Mom (woman) can't take the lead sometimes? Seriously? Not only that, but this movie actually glorifies the family unit.
Everyone has strengths, everyone has weaknesses and together the family works. This movie was the perfect match to the original.
