Definitely a great movie and pretty darn incredible! Incredibles 2 is one of the more action packed animated movies and it really delivers - that doesn't mean there aren't any flaws though. The film is way too predictable and even a bit cliched.
Also, the villain is pretty dumb and weak. However, I was entertained throughout the movie and the experience was overall satisfying.
