Review of Inception (2010) by Ben D — 04 May 2014
This hits the mark on every level, I fail to see what this film is lacking, this is one of the best sci-fi films I have seen ever seen, with a smart and complex story with perfect directing by the one and only Christopher Nolan, who should have won the best directing Oscar, as well as great acting with an all star cast, fantastic CG and a phenomenal score.
This mixes into several genres on one side it is a complex and layered science fiction and on the other side it is a emotional drama about regret and loss, sprinkled with intense scenes of action. Even though there are so many characters, each and every character is developed fully, which is why so many people think this is too complicated.
I have watched this movie 5 times and it still hasn't gotten draggy or boring, in fact it improves and I didn't think that was possible.
