Review of In Time (2011) by Jacob H — 14 Apr 2013
Ok - I'm not a Justin Timberlake fan at all. In fact, I could of imagined almost all of the actors in this movie being replaced by other better actors. The storyline as well, is a little disappointing.
But the premise of this movie is unique, interesting and unmistakably clever (even if there is no real backstory to how this universe came to be). There is so many ways they could have gone with this story - and it is sad that they chose the direction that they did.
This is a little strange, but I actually do recommend people to see this movie solely for the concept alone - because it is so refreshing to see an entirely new idea on the screen. But I can recommend it only as a rental, this is not a movie worth adding to your DVD collection.
