Review of In Time (2005) by Matt L — 07 Sep 2012
The concept is very unique and challenging, but only if you can explain it and make it tangible to those of us that do not dwell in this dimension. I want the following:
- how is EVERY human on the planet genetically engineered to follow time.
- WHY would the entire human race agree to this?
- HOW did this come to be politically/judicially.
- physiologically, how does the internal timer immediately shut off the heart? Poison?
If the movie focussed more on the history behind this radical concept and less about Timberlake single-handedly taking the entire system down, then I would have easily doubled my rating.
