Review of In Time (2005) by Ronald N — 25 Jan 2013
"In Time" has an interesting ans intriguing premise becoming one of the best, also helped by appealing cast and touching acting; the director have his ideas on mind, Andrew Niccol wants to do a critique of society and economy, which is notable in the movie; and is beautifully shot with a sleek style.
But what happen if the make the storytelling lacks thrills, depth, or at least interest: the story goes nowhere and is instantly forgettable. Niccol is a professional director, but "In Time" is a proof that his best ideas could go screwed by his poor script.
