Review of In Time (2005) by Russ O — 13 Mar 2013
In Time's biggest problem is that every scene is shot, rather obviously, on one of 6 downtown Los Angeles streets. It's intriguing premise is wasted on none existent production design. In this future, technology has advanced to the point of where car doors make shhhh sounds like on The Enterprise and EVERYTHING else remains as though it were 2011.
This probably is down to the budget, at least I can hope that is the case. Oh and if we stop ageing at 25 in this dystopian world how do we explain Cillian Murphy? 35? I'd rather watch Revenge of the Fallen again.
