Review of In the Valley of Elah (2007) by A H — 23 Oct 2009
This movie started out fine, but got bogged down and lost quality as it went on. Parts of the story are interesting, while other parts (as well as the whole theme towards the end) just seemed like the writers' political views and negativity ruining any mystery or suspense that was intended.
Tommy Lee's character was rather unbelievable at the end; really not realistic from a psychological standpoint. I honestly feel like it was a waste of two hours of my life I'll never get back, as well as being left with a sour taste in my mouth.
