Review of In the Valley of Elah (2007) by Adam W — 16 Nov 2008
Well made and acted film dealing with the lasting effects war has on young soldiers, seen through the eyes of a patriotic yet heartbroken father and veteran. Seeing him realise the institution his son followed his footsteps into turned him into something he doesn't recognise and resulted in his death is brilliantly played by Tommy Lee Jones.
