Review of In the Valley of Elah (2007) by Juli R — 11 May 2010
"In the Valley of Ellah" makes me want to see more by director Paul Haggis. Theron and Sarandon give solid performances. Tommy Lee Jones is the only actor who could have pulled off the role of Hank, the father of the AWOL soldier.
There is no over-acting in this film. It's a subtle and powerful thriller.
