It's not good, but it is not THAT bad.
It's a mediocre movie, but is a simple fantasy story, with a good cast.
With so few fantasy movies, if you are a fan of the genre, soon or later you gone to watch it and think, afterall, it is not time wasted.
Yes, the film tries too hard, it is by far under quality for its budget, and there are a lot of amateur films that are far better; but its semplicity is his strenght.
Sometime you just want an hero, some swords and some enemies, and this film give you just that, but nothing more.
