Review of In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007) by Zane T — 05 Jan 2009
In all fairness, I caught about 10 minutes of the middle of this movie, but what I saw was AAAWWW-FULLL!! There was a lot of bad acting from John Rhys-Davies, Leelee Sobieski and Matthew Lillard that I almost wanted to continue watching.
But then, I noticed it had Jason Statham and I really can't take any more of his chrome dome, look at me, I'm British and now martial arts routine any more. I mean, seriously, am I the only one who's just about had it with this actor and his attempts to be the next Steven Seagall.
If I ever get bored, I might watch this movie again, but I will have to be very bored, more bored than watching the linoleum curl in the bathroom bored. I mean, I'd rather watch NASCAR and golf on TV than this.
I would rather sit through all of Ethan Hawke's movies. Well, maybe not that bad.
