Review of In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2007) by April B — 13 Jan 2009
I'm not quite sure but I think this film has in fact invented it's own genre. I am a huge fan of B-grade film and this film doesn't disappoint. Despite a sterling cast, the acting is so thoroughly woeful I can only assume it was either intentional or entirely filmed over a single week.
The only conclusion I can come to is that this film is in fact a little piece of art in it's badness. If you can't bring yourself to see it, please read the reviews on IMDB - they are in themselves a wonderfully entertaining read.
