Review of In the Mouth of Madness (1995) by Eric R — 03 Nov 2007
Carpenter's strongest Lovecraft directorial adaptation was, surprisingly, not written by him. However, given that he did the music and involve Sandy King, he does deserve some credit.
This is probably the last successful Carpenter film, as well as being the first of his that I saw, which started me down the long, fun path of film production.
