A beautiful film from start to finish. 'In The Mood for Love' is paced like a thriller, and while the characters don't always speak what we know they feel, they end up being the loudest characters I've come across.
This film could be a purely aesthetic journey, but it is a poignant character story with tension brimming--but never exploding.
