Review of In the Loop (2009) by John M — 15 Nov 2010
A political farce that, for a comedy, certainly drags along in parts. The cast is good and the film is written well but coupling those things with the hard-to-pay-attention factor is sad. Ultimately, the US president and UK prime minister want to fight a war (i.
E Iraq) and other underlings work to stop it before its too late. Being that we already went through all this Iraq drama, perhaps this feels like it drags because the points are all old news.
